RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Returns for Products
EXPRESS DANCE STORE products are carefully prepared for shipping at our store.
Our customers are really important to us,we make sure that the shoes & clothes are packaged properly with full attention to their safety in transit.
WE WILL NOT accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn or have their sole protection removed (for shoes)
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning shoes to the actual listed place sited on the website.
www.expressdancestore.com applies and believes in The Consumer Protection Law, the return of the shoes/ clothes in unworn conditions will be accepted within 7 business days from their delivery
YOU SHOULD contact us describing the reason for the return.
The return address will be assigned by our representatives upon e-mail confirmation
Please be aware that clothing/shoes must be returned with their original designer packaging.
Shoes and Clothing returned without their original boxes will not be accepted.
After receiving the products, our production department will examine the pair and if there is no damage and the pair is still good for reselling, we will accept the return and will be more than happy to give Customer their refund.
If our customers won’t send a brief description of the return and if it is nor declared within 7 business days, the refund will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customer should notify us at expressdancestore.com on the same day if they wish to make a return.
We strongly advise all customers to check products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
